Brentwood · Essex
Home cinema, built properly.
From start to finish — design, install, furnishings and the audio-visual work. You approve the room in 3D before any work is carried out. Then we build it and hand it over.
Dedicated room. Velvet, a proper screen, lights kept off the picture.

Working for ourselves now.
From start to finish: full design, the install, the furnishings and the audio-visual work. Automated screens and show curtains. We can work to a client brief, or do the creative design in-house.
Full transparency. We use 3D graphics so you can approve the room before any work is carried out.
We pride ourselves on the finish. We do not cut corners. The work is to a high standard, with materials and tradesmen we know and trust. You get what you pay for. Buy cheap, buy twice.

What goes in the room
Furnishings as well as the kit. The list below is the work — not a brochure we abandon once the deposit is in.
Automated screens and show curtains
The picture reveals itself. Screen and curtains move together, so the room still looks like a room when the film is off.
3D graphics, then approval
Full transparency. You see the room in 3D and approve it before any work is carried out. What you sign off is what we build.
Acoustic panels
Treatment that belongs in the room — bass, the first reflections, and panels that look chosen, not stuck on at the end.
Full surround, 7.1 DTS
A proper 7.1 DTS layout, levels set in the room. Atmos where the ceiling earns it. Dialogue stays with the actor.
Movie light boxes
Light-box features for the films you actually like. The posters interchange, so the wall changes when your favourites do.
Sofas to console chairs
Cinema seating from a home sofa to luxury console chairs. We will not force a row of recliners into a room that wants a sofa.
How a room becomes a cinema
Four steps. No mystery. The clever bit is the layout on the computer — and then talking to you like a person.
01
Measure
Length, width, height. Doors, windows, where you want to sit, and what the room is doing the rest of the week.
02
Feed it in
The dimensions go into the computer. Screen size, seating and speaker positions come back as a plan you can actually look at.
03
Sit with you
We change it together. Louder, quieter, a bigger picture, seats you can live with. The plan is not finished until you say so.
04
Quote, then build
A written price. On bigger jobs we may ask for a deposit — we have been stung before. Then we install and hand the room over.
What we install
Home cinema installation, media rooms and serious living-room systems across Brentwood and Essex. Picture, sound and the boring parts that make them work.
Design from the dimensions
Your brief, or creative design drawn in-house. The layout — and the 3D you approve — comes before anyone drills a wall.
Screens, curtains and TVs
4K laser projectors, automated screens and show curtains, or a television if that is the honest answer. Mounted square, cabled, easy to service.
7.1 DTS and Dolby Atmos
5.1, full surround 7.1 DTS, and Atmos. Dialogue locked to the screen. Levels, distances and crossovers set in the room — not left on the factory defaults.
Panels, seats and light
Acoustic panels, movie light boxes with interchangeable posters, and seating from a home sofa to luxury console chairs. Light that stays off the screen.
Power, network and the rack
Jim is an electrician and a telecoms engineer. Clean power, air around the kit, and a network that does not drop the film halfway through.
The finish, then handover
Materials and tradesmen we trust. No cut corners. We leave you one way to watch a film — a remote or your phone — and we do not vanish.
Brentwood, then the rest of Essex
We are based in Brentwood. Dedicated cinema rooms and living-room installs in the town, and further out when the job deserves a proper visit.
Questions we get asked
What do you actually do?
Start to finish. Full design, the install, the furnishings and the audio-visual work — automated screens and show curtains, acoustic panels, full surround in 7.1 DTS, movie light boxes with interchangeable posters, and cinema seating from a home sofa to luxury console chairs. We work to a brief you already have, or we design it in-house. You see 3D graphics and approve the room before any work is carried out. Then we hand it over and show you how to use it, without a lecture.
How does the AI room design work?
We take the length, width and height and put them through layout software. It sizes the screen from where you sit, places the seats, and lays out the speakers — 5.1, 7.1 or Dolby Atmos. Then we sit with you and change it until the plan is the room you want. The computer is the starting point. It is not the quote, and it does not replace building it properly.
Living room or a separate cinema?
Both. A dedicated room is darker and quieter, closer to a night at the pictures. A living-room cinema has to look right when the film is off. We will tell you if a room is the wrong shape rather than forcing a screen into it.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
On a high-outlay job we may ask for one before we order equipment or book trades. We would rather not. We have been left unpaid before. If we ask, you will see what it covers, in writing, before you pay anything. The rest of the money follows the work.
Where do you work?
Brentwood and the rest of Essex, and into east London when the job is a real room. Shenfield, Hutton, Warley, Billericay, Ingatestone, Chelmsford, Ongar, Romford, Hornchurch, Loughton, Chigwell and further south when it is a full cinema build.
How much does a home cinema cost?
A living-room television and 5.1 is a different job from a dedicated Atmos room with seating and acoustic treatment. The room designer gives a guide from your dimensions. The real price is a written quote after we have talked it through. You get what you pay for. Buy cheap, buy twice.
Tell us the room.
A rough size is enough to start. We will come back to you ourselves — Lewis or Jim, not a call centre.
